If you desire to take your shower experience to another level, you will love this Eucalyptus Shower Mist.

My husband and I recently returned from a week-long vacation in Telluride, Colorado.  While there, we visited the resort’s incredible spa.   I love resort spas because they have so many relaxing things to do.  They have pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, meditation rooms and more.

One of the things I look forward to the most is the shower.  They always have the best smelling shampoo and conditioner!  This particular spa offered a Shower Mist.  I had never even heard of a Shower Mist before and was pleasantly surprised.

Not only is this mist easy to make yourself, but it’s also quite simple to use.  The one and only brilliant ingredient is Eucalyptus Essential Oil.

Invigorating Shower MistEucalyptus is used for many purposes and health benefits.  In the shower, eucalyptus essential oil creates an invigorating steam inhalation and turns your shower into an aromatherapy experience. It is deeply soothing and may even loosen up congestion from a cold.

Invigorating Shower MistYou Will Need:

100% Pure Eucalyptus Oil
4 oz. Plastic or Glass Spray Bottle

Directions:

Simply pour the eucalyptus oil in a spray bottle.  Spray two or three mists downward towards the wall in your shower and allow the mist to rise with the steam. If using a glass bottle, take caution that they don’t break!

Remember:

Don’t spray directly on skin.  Even though essential oils are natural, they are in a concentrated form and may cause skin irritation or rashes.  It’s very important to never ingest essential oils.  Even small amounts can be toxic and potentially fatal if ingested.
